1. Maximum occupancy at the proprety is limited to 10 persons.
2. Min. age of primary renter:25
3. Parties/events are not allowed
4. Non-smoking only
5. Check-in is at 4pm and check-out is at 10am
6. Max of 2 dogs, some breeds restricted in season
7. Dogs are not allowed on the beach between 9:00 am – 5:00pm in season
